∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in any reputed pharmaceuticals company or relevant industry
∎ Having good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Good computer knowledge
∎ Proven experience in the design, installation, qualification, and maintenance of HVAC, utility systems, and process machinery
∎ Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for HVAC system design and operation
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project (or similar software)
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in any reputed pharmaceuticals company or relevant industry

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, build, and qualify HVAC Systems
∎ Maintain HVAC systems through preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring proper performance
∎ Manage purified water systems, compressed air systems, and ensure quality
∎ Oversee building services (steam, hot water, fire protection) and ensure proper function
∎ Collaborate on process machinery integration with utilities
∎ Develop and maintain technical specifications for all engineering systems and equipements
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, production teams, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution and ongoing compliance
∎ Oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to engineering systems
∎ Prepare and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation for all systems and equipments
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in technology for pharmaceutical facilities
∎ Provide training and support to other team members regarding HVAC systems and best practices
