Responsibilities & Context
This position will be responsible for overseeing machine maintenance, reducing breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance, ensuring machine availability for new styles, and coordinating with Production and IE teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
Monitor daily machine breakdowns and machine conditions.
Supervise in-line maintenance and new style machine setup.
Minimize machine downtime through timely corrective actions.
Ensure effective implementation of preventive maintenance.
Lead breakdown reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure machine readiness for upcoming styles.
Coordinate with Production and IE for machine allocation and layout.
Identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
Supervise the maintenance team and ensure timely support.
Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth operations.
