∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Civil from BUET/ KUET/ RUET/ CUET/ MIST or any other reputed University
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s) of experience in civil construction of multi-storied RCC and steel fabrication factory buildings. (Related working experience in any reputed pharmaceutical company is preferable.)
∎ Capability of reviewing design drawings of construction work, preparing BOQ and review material quality as per design requirements.
∎ Experience in using STAAD Pro software in civil construction design.
∎ Expertise in AutoCAD 2D/3D
∎ Updated conceptual knowledge of Structural Design.
∎ Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals Engineering, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) & GMP will be count as added advantage.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good leadership & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising & monitoring civil construction works of the manufacturing plant.
∎ Ensuring efficient preparation of work schedule, budget and costing of project works.
∎ Ensuring quality of construction works as per design/plan.
∎ Ensuring the distribution of work based on the priority & emergency of civil (plumbing, painting, tools utilization etc)
∎ Ensuring smooth & timely project completion by raising purchase requisition and liaising with the commercial department for in-time availability of materials at site.
∎ Ensuring the performance of the works, completion of the works & reporting to the head of the department.
∎ Ensuring quality, standard & safety of work as well as the company’s rules & regulations are followed properly.
