Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Environment
∎ Skills Required: Administrative/ Executive, AutoCAD, MS Office, Official Email, Reporting and Presentation, Tender Preparation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD Drafting, Coordination, Office Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Prepare and maintain all the Tender related Paper with specific Document after tender execution. (NOA Acceptance, PG & Contract Agreement, Inspection Call & report Preparation, Bid Validity & Security Extension).
∎ Responsible for maintaining overview of all running Tender (which includes Tender Present Condition such as TEC, Sample Test, Board Meeting & Ministry Approval & communicate with assigned people through email, mobile.
∎ Responsible for Liaison/communication with the officials of the different organizations and foreign companies for execution of assigned job and develop and research
∎ Must have the mentality to visit all the Government offices on a regular basis.
∎ Monitor bid management to ensure that it is aligned with the organization's requirement.
∎ Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
∎ Collected previous winning bidder information.
∎ Develops basic computer-aided design (CAD) drawings under the direction of a senior designer.
∎ Assist in coordinating and planning various internal and external events.
∎ Provide basic office administrative assistance.
