Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for electrical design, planning & maintenance of all kinds of garment, print machinery and supervise schedule maintenance of process Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery and Sub Station, Water Supply system, RO Plant, Lifts, Fire Detection System, Fire Hydrant System, compressed air supply system, gas supply system.
∎ Prepare SLD, LPS, PLC and CFDS drawing as per ACCORD, Alliance and other relevant authorities.
∎ Ensure electrical preventive maintenance periodically.
∎ To supervise repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Cutting, Sewing, Printing, Embroidery, Generator, and Boiler & Compressor.
∎ To ensure the smooth function of utility maintenance, operation and management.
∎ To ensure that the electrical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations like Electricity Rules 1937, BNBC and NFPA.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort possible time after solved the faults for smooth operation of production floor.
∎ To maintain system calculations and studies for electrical power systems - load flow, voltage drop, short circuit and relay.
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance and other relevant buyers CAP and along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2-3 Years' Experience as Assistant Manager (Electrical).
∎ Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system of programming skill with troubleshooting of PLC System.
∎ Sound knowledge in Design & Drawing of SLD and ELD, Electronic Systems, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Electronic Testing Design, Project Management ability, VFD and Auto CAD software.
∎ Good Technical & Organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in both written & spoken English.
∎ Strong interpersonal & leadership ability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel, Internet & E-mailing.
