Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with machine supplier during machine installation period.
∎ Drawing checking of all kind of machine installation.
∎ Receive all kind of electrical and automation drawings, electrical spare parts list, maintenance manuals from source supplier.
∎ Supervise erecting and commissioning activities.
∎ Communicate effectively with the plant team relative to the condition of the plant equipment and performance and to provide suggestions for improvements.
∎ Implement and verify engineering changes, update all documentation, software, etc.
∎ To identify and actively seek to improve maintenance reliability and availability.
∎ Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance, and testing programs; scheduling repairs; coordinating shut-downs and installations.
∎ Meets electrical engineering financial objectives by forecasting electrical engineering requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The candidate should have at least 3 years working experience in the same field with large steel industries.
∎ Well motivated, with a positive outlook and approachable manner
∎ Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients
∎ Ability to influence at a senior level, inside and outside of the Company
∎ Ability to be flexible and to multi-task and prioritise when necessary
∎ Flexible and able to work in multiple project
∎ Leadership qualities - inspirational, motivational, a role model
