Educational Requirements:
∎ B.S.C in Electrical Engineering from reputed institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand and implement Alliance / Nirapon / Accord guidelines and requirements.
∎ Understand about related local law.
∎ Ensure all electrical equipment is operational and maintained as per the standards.
∎ To design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products and systems for factory purpose.
∎ To perform detailed calculations to compute and establish installation standards and specifications.
∎ To impact completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
∎ To carry out over all supervision and train factory team members as deemed necessary to meet up the different requirements from the buyer's or company's and specially related to the compliance issues.
∎ To prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems to ensure that installation and operations confirm to standards and buyer's requirements.
∎ To plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines and stations.
∎ To conduct failed surveys and study graphs, diagrams and other data to identify and correct power system problems.
∎ To control and monitor the total fire alarm & smoke detector system of the factories.
∎ To handle electrical, fire safety and structure related compliance issues with buyers and subsequent CAP correction and remediation. To check and control the misuse of spares and replacements of the parts both electrical and mechanical.
∎ To ensure that all installations are in compliance with the buyer's requirement and are regularly monitored and maintained
∎ Any other assignment as entrusted time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments / Apparel Manufacturing plant.
∎ Good in English: Oral & Written.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Positive attitude for learning.
∎
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ Good team player, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in electrical system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
Salary: Negotiable
