Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing a team of representatives offering patient/ Customer support.
∎ Overseeing the patient service process.
∎ Resolving patient complaints brought to your attention.
∎ Implementing new procedures for patient service.
∎ Assisting HR for hiring new staff.
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with patients and providing feedback to the staff.
∎ Possessing excellent hospital service knowledge to enhance patients’ support.
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and provide accurate, valid and complete information.
∎ Maintaining a pleasant and clean working environment inside hospital.
∎ Identify and assess patients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of patient interactions and process patients’ documents.
∎ Creating and issuing invoices to patients.
∎ Assisting the accounting department to prepare daily cash receivable reports.
∎ Follow hospital procedures, guidelines and policies.
∎ Do any necessary things as per order by the administration.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 28000 (Monthly)
