Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any Discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and supervise all works of Documentation Deptt independently.
∎ Issuance of Export B/L, Checking of OHB/L, familiar with AMS filing/ ENS/RR filing/Tariff rate/Freight Invoice etc.
∎ Use software to track, check and input required information as per company SOP.
∎ Communication with Principal and ensure Principal guidelines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Min 4 to 6 years' Experience in a MLO (Main Line Operator) or in any Freight Forwarder company's Documentation Deptt.
∎ Proven experience in Documentation Deptt with knowledge of Export related Documents and shipping industry regulations.
∎ Advance knowledge in MS office and MS Excel.
∎ Only experienced person in Container Shipping Documentation Deptt will all for interview.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Computer literacy and proficiency in Documentation related software.
