∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years work experience in warehouse, logistics and distribution department
∎ Previously worked in Agro/Seed/GM and other relevant industries will get preference.
∎ Candidates should have the mindset for working in different areas of Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain stock ledger & depot sales entry
∎ Daily stock report Maintain & Send it to the concerned Parsons
∎ To prepare monthly receipt & payment accounts
∎ Proper receiving, storing and delivery from depot to customer and depot to central factory
∎ Prepare on time invoice and delivery challan
∎ Update the invoice and challan physically and in software
∎ Arrange transportation for product delivery
∎ Providing daily report regarding delivery, stock and depot operational cost.
∎ Proper coordination with sales team and Head Office for smooth business operation.
∎ Maintaining the cost and related documents for depot management as well as for internal and external audits.
∎ Manage customer wise product delivery and product return physically as well as in software
∎ Assist with internal & external auditor
∎ To maintain day to day accounting voucher with cash book & ledger book
∎ Any other task assigned as per business requirement
∎ Job Location: For Kushtia, Chuadanga, Gopalganj, Faridpur, Jamalpur, Mymensingh, Sirajganj, Bogura, Thakurgaon, Cumilla, Noakhali, Chokoria, Norali & Naogaon Depot Office.
