Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure checking & receiving of purchase requisitions.
∎ Ensure RFQ is sent to suppliers for purchase and price negotiation.
∎ Ensure the preparation of CS and complete all internal process for approval along with creation of work orders.
∎ Ensure tasks related to Proforma Invoice (PI, overseas), follow up of goods from local & overseas vendors (if needed).
∎ Understanding of the local market, suppliers, contractors' requirements.
∎ Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
∎ Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
∎ Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
∎ Follow up receiving of goods and confirmation of payment.
∎ Bear responsibility for Vendor Evaluation and development.
∎ Ensure planning & relevant procurement documentation of general items and local spare parts with internal stakeholders.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers, if needed, to get the most appropriate prices & conditions.
