Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work experience on purchasing medical equipment & surgical instruments, All medical consumables including OT, OPD & IPD, Lab reagent & chemicals, Engineering items, IT, linen, stationery, Housekeeping items & all other sector in a hospital.
∎ Meet user department for clarification & specification of their required product.
∎ Arrange negotiation meeting prepare approval sheet for management approval.
∎ Issue PO to selected vendor.
∎ Follow up vendors until delivery.
∎ Bill checking & signing.
∎ Market survey & find out new sources, products and vendors which are of better quality and price.
∎ Collect sample from various vendors to fulfill user requirements.
∎ Communicate with Head Office for particular product rate approval & vendor reference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
