Experience in Fan Production Department will get preference.
Candidates must have experience in Conventional/BLDC Fan manufacturing/production.
Good knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage production operations of Conventional Fan & BLDC fan manufacturing, ensuring efficient production processes, quality standards, timely delivery and continuous improvement through effective utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production targets, productivity, quality and process improvement initiatives.
Handle production planning, manpower utilization and machine performance.
Ensure proper implementation of production standards and safety procedures.
Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and other relevant departments.
Identify production issues and take necessary corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation and prepare production reports.
