Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accumulate requisitions & sourcing of all machineries, spares parts, equipment's and on time delivery (OTD);
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on procurement operations and ensure executions of such SOP. Audit frequently the processes & systems and ensures corrective actions are taken.
∎ Control and coordinate material ordering, delivery, stocking.
∎ Plan material as per Sales projection.
∎ Inventory Analysis and Planning including budgeting of purchase functions. Develop and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts.
∎ Reports budget variances and explains the reason for the variance to business unit leadership.
∎ Manage end to end supply chain planning from all Domestic & International vendors, suppliers or manufacturers.
∎ Responsible for all overall forecast, projections and material requirement planning (MRP) for all categories/SKUs.
∎ Will collect quotation, prepare CS and raise PO, check PI, all terms of Incoterm, payment term, description of goods and HSN code and will submit for LC/TT opening in right time to bank.
∎ Have to ensure to send LC and TT copy to supplier within the same date of opening. Need to check WN documents and original documents and submit to bank for endorsement.
∎ Implement and maintain departmental operating policies and procedures in accordance with standards and governmental regulations.
∎ Assessment of vendor performance data on various performance metrics for sustainable supply and cost improvement. Implementation of vendor assessment results for continuous evaluation of selected sources. Monitor supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements.
∎ Formulate & ensure implementation of effective & efficient Procurement Strategy for Purchase.
∎ Direct continuous improvement of purchasing processes in line with changing organizational needs and market conditions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience in procurement with exposure of bearings / industrial / automobile , spare parts etc.
∎ Formulate & ensure implementation of effective & efficient Procurement Strategy for Purchase.
∎ Direct continuous improvement of purchasing processes in line with changing organizational needs and market conditions.
∎ Vendor empanelment and management.
∎ Should have knowledge in customs, vat, shipping and logistic area.
∎ Good knowledge in commercial documents, LC, UPAS, C&F handling, commercial sourcing & Transportation.
