Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Power, EEE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical, Mechanical, Power, EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market / clients along with new sales.
∎ Forecast market demand, expand new market area, increase sales volume and achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere efforts.
∎ Maintain relationship with clients and Identifying and understanding customer needs.
∎ Ensuring promotional activities executed accordingly.
∎ Communicate daily sales and in-store feedback with supervisor.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan and strategy for growth of sales and revenue.
∎ Capability of negotiating price and develop complete sales plan for the key accounts.
∎ Maintain Relationship with customers to ensure secured revenue.
∎ Enhance relationship with customers and develop corporate image and reputation;
∎ Ensure highest quality support and service to customer and immediate respond to customers over voice/chat based on customers order.
∎ Submitting periodical reports & reviews before deadline.
∎ Participate actively in different official promotion, program & exhibitions.
∎ Organize monthly meeting, give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set individuals target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing & capable of regular visits to industries & potential customers all over the country.

Salary: Negotiable
