Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A reputed spinning concern export-oriented group of companies, looking for a professional as follows: To follow up machinery’s erection & installation.
∎ To keep all machineries in good shape.
∎ Maintain and troubleshooting of the mechanical functions of Spinning Machineries·
∎ Attend all mechanical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machines to minimize production loss·
∎ Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance operations of all machinery and equipment in the spinning mill.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
∎ Supervise and guide a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to maintenance plans.
∎ Plan and manage the installation, servicing, and upgrading of spinning mill machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all mechanical activities.
∎ Collaborate with the production and electrical teams to ensure efficient plant operations.
∎ Keep detailed records of machinery performance, maintenance activities, and repair histories.
∎ Stay updated on the latest advancements in spinning mill technology and implement improvements as needed.
