Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating and executing the delivery and distribution process of products to customers and clients.
∎ Planning and organizing the delivery schedule in collaboration with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
∎ Managing and monitoring the fleet of delivery vehicles, including maintenance, fueling, and ensuring compliance with road regulations.
∎ Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of delivery transactions, such as delivery receipts, invoices, and freight bills.
∎ Collaborating with the sales team to identify customer requirements and resolving any delivery-related issues or concerns.
∎ Maintaining effective communication with customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, and any necessary changes.
∎ Conducting regular performance reviews of delivery staff to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
∎ Monitoring and optimizing delivery routes to minimize costs, maximize efficiency, and reduce carbon footprint.
∎ Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of delivery personnel and prevent accidents
