Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Accounting
∎ Must have Chartered Secretarial qualification

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extra-ordinary General Meetings (EGMs)
∎ Dealing with Company formation, new share issue, Share Transfer, Bond Issue, winding up etc.
∎ Preparation and submission of various report and returns to the statutory authorities and Maintaining statutory books and other documents
∎ Monitoring changes in relevant legislation, policies, information and the regulatory environment, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate department for taking appropriate action
∎ Make correspondence, collating information and writing reports, liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as regulators, lawyers and auditors and ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders
∎ Taking a role in share management specially looking after the Corporate Portfolio of Marketable Securities
∎ Supervise Dividend distribution, declaration of PSI to BSEC, DSE, CSE & CDBL, submission of various compliance reports to the Capital Market Regulators.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 07 years relevant experience, 02 years in Managerial role
∎ Excellent drafting skill is required.
∎ Advanced level competence in MS Excel and MS Word.

Salary: Negotiable
