Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the administration and logistics department's daily activities.
∎ Developing, evaluating, and enhancing administrative systems, guidelines, and practices.
∎ Planning and organizing workplace activities like conferences, meetings, interviews, orientations etc.
∎ Follow-up on disciplinary action, departmental inquiry, and grievance procedure.
∎ Make sure the equipment, assets, space, and people are all secure.
∎ All kinds of license renewal as required.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management.
