∎ Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
∎ Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle;
∎ Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, transport agencies to ensure smooth logistics & delivery function;
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency;
∎ Arrange & properly main the warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process deliveries;
∎ Resolve any arising problems or complaints;
∎ Supervise logistics & deliveries workforce;
∎ Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
∎ Monitor & supervise the distribution activities of finished goods;
∎ Receive all kinds of finished goods from different units and maintain the storage properly;
∎ Raise Delivery challan, Gate Pass and VAT invoice for all finished goods;
∎ Manage physical inventory of finished goods. Prepare different types of inventory report as per requirement;
∎ Maintain liaison with different partners and transport agencies to ensure smooth logistics function;
∎ Mentally prepared to work beyond the official time;
∎ Perform any other duty entrusted by the management.
