∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call centre training, Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call center deployment & supervision of day to day operation.
∎ Web Chat & Email query/response supervision.
∎ Prepare work roasters & ensure 24/7 online operation.
∎ Effective complaint management within deadline.
∎ Identification of skill through skill gap identification & ensure proper training & feedback.
∎ Assist management in identifying more convenient to communicate with us.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Advanced negotiation & interpersonal skills.
∎ Moderate proficiency in MS Office package.
∎ Ability to stay positive in difficult situations.

Salary: Negotiable
