Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in data collection and analysis for high-rise building projects.
∎ Support quotation collection from contractors and suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation.
∎ Help prepare comparative statements for project items for management approval.
∎ Assist in evaluating and qualifying sub-contractors during the bidding process.
∎ Liaise between the project team and Contract Manager, resolving any issues.
∎ Maintain organized contract records and documentation.
∎ Monitor contract compliance, focusing on payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality.
∎ Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and aligning costs with project goals.
∎ Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and alternative sourcing strategies.
∎ Help maintain positive contractor relationships and clear communication.
