∎ Master in Business Administration or Post graduation in any other business disciplines; Marketing is preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the advertising agency is meeting the client's needs
∎ Solving problems within the account management team
∎ Managing internal and external communications
∎ Providing strategic guidance for clients
∎ Smooth project management skill
∎ Identify ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3 years relevant experience with at least 1 year in the same position, preferably in an advertising agency
∎ Should have imagination power and to be updated with contemporary fashion of communication
∎ Take client communication briefs and drafting creative briefs
∎ Outstanding knowledge on brand promotional campaign strategies
∎ Should have strong conceptual skills with on-strategy executions and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
∎ Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Bengali
∎ Have strong presentation skills
∎ Excellent skill in Documentation and Reporting; prepare and facilitate Presentations
∎ Has to be a great team player
