∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Project Management.
∎ The Applicants should have experience in Industrial Construction, preferably in Knit Dyeing and Garments Factory Construction.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inspection to completion.
∎ Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Supervise a large number of laborers and subcontractors.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, performance, and other relevant metrics.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD.Possess strong computer skills, especially in MS Office packages.
∎ Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
∎ Ensure site safety for construction and workers.
∎ Implement measures to control wastage at construction sites.
∎ Assist senior engineers and provide guidance to junior engineers.
∎ Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.
