Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all construction project of the factory.
∎ Liaison with all primary stakeholders such as architect, designer, engineer, contractor, supplier, etc.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Ensure standard of quality of works according to specification.
∎ Maintain records of work done by contractors.
∎ Filter and translate the Visionary's ideas into functional plans for the group.
∎ Develop comprehensive goals for performance and growth strategies.
∎ Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the civil works.
∎ Certify bills submitted by civil contractors.
∎ Guide & supervise subordinates to achieve the goal.
∎ Perform any other task assign by the management as and when required.
∎ More detail shall be communicated during interview.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate shall have at least 5 years' experience in any 100% export oriented textile industry or any large conglomerates.
∎ The candidate must have very good knowledge on civil drawings & designs, Auto Cad, Construction Process and BNBC, etc.
∎ The candidate must have knowledge and experience on getting approval from various govt. institutions.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
