Responsibilities & Context
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship and timely project execution.
Must have strong technical knowledge and practical experience in both RCC and Steel Structure Construction.
Prepare BOQ, Cost Estimation, and Material Requirements for RCC and Steel Structure Works.
Monitor construction progress and coordinate with Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, and Site teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain proper project documentation.
Must have strong knowledge of factory work, especially RSC Work.
