Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, On hand experience on solar power plant projects, Project Management, Project Planning, Renewable Energy., Solar energy

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct structural analysis for solar power plant installation sites.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Fair face casting, Fair face shuttering & fittings, Fair face materials selection & mixing, fair face surface preparation, Fair face rendering work, Fair face surface treatment etc.
∎ Determination of static and dynamic load on solar power plants.
∎ Design solar power plant mounting structure system
∎ Manage construction labor and sub-contractors for civil, electrical, plumbing and other work.
∎ Prepare BOQ, BOM, budget for project execution
∎ Supervision of site work
∎ To manage construction labor and sub-contractors for civil, electrical, plumbing and other work.
∎ Brief knowledge on all types of finishing works and to be accountable for the successful completion of project.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ AutoCAD 2D 3D, STAAD Pro, 3D MAX (candidates with experience in 3D MAX will be given extra preference).
∎ Should have experience in project management.
∎ Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
∎ Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
∎ Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage team and have excellent leadership quality and interpersonal communication skills.
