∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Commercial related experience, good communication skill, Import Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Indenting Firm, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is target oriented, where the individual will be responsible for garnering sales of commodities such as Soyameal, Rapeseed Meal, Maize, Wheat, Soybean etc;
∎ Achieve sales target as given by Business Unit Head/Director;
∎ Always be aware of market conditions in relevant commodities such as prices, supply and demand;
∎ Negotiate pricing and product quality with international suppliers as well as customer;
∎ Maintain excellent relationship with customer, supplies, banks and handling agents;
∎ Be aware of customer demand and their stock position and production numbers;
∎ Liaison with Banks and Bankers;
∎ Introduce new ideas and processes that further facilities the smooth running of business;
∎ Analysis of Competitors Activities;
∎ Responsible for new business development and try to maximize company growth;
∎ Maintain proper MIS (Management Information System) regularly;
∎ Monitoring stock level of imported items and L/C in Pipeline;
∎ Monitoring and ensuring total smooth process flow of every import and export activities;
∎ Handling logistic and C&F agents strongly;
∎ The individual will be responsible for all commercial related activities also along with relevant team members;
∎ Monitor monthly vessel line up and land port transactions and report to the management time to time;
∎ Liaison with Company's Auditor and Management Consultant for the yearly Financial Report and Lease Agreement & Trade License renewal purpose;
∎ Ability to manage junior colleagues and demonstrate leadership skills;
∎ You may be assigned with any additional responsibility at any time, at the sole discretion of the Management;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in the agro-commodities field, such as grains and oil-seeds, poultry field industry, etc., strongly preferred;
∎ Detail knowledge on all Import/Export procedure related to Agro Commodities;
∎ Sound knowledge of Bank activities, Current Customs Rules & Regulations related to Import/Export, HS Code of various importable items with current duty structure;
∎ Sound Knowledge on different types of LCs including LC terms & clauses, amendments, etc and as well as different types of Payments terms;
∎ Sound Knowledge on Charter party Agreement;
∎ Communications Skills has to be sound in both English and Bangla;
∎ The selected person needs to have strong multiple negotiation skill;
∎ Must have good skill in computer literacy; Must be proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
