Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. In EEE, Minimum Two years' work Experience with SIEMENS PLC-HMI & TIA software; or Diploma Engineer Minimum Four Years Work Experience with SIEMENS PLC-HMI by TIA. Must have knowledge about Control panel. Otherwise not acceptable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be capable for preparation of PLC Program, Logic & Solution as well as HMI design and tagging, hence project will be successfully done by SIEMENS TIA.
∎ Must have clear idea about control panel and capable design and making the control panel.
∎ To be capable typically work in the controls and automation.
∎ Must have an excellent knowledge of electronics and electrical system, as well as technology.
∎ To be able to work as part of a team and have strong communication skills, as part of the responsibilities of an automation engineer may be to interact and interface with employs from other departments, and also with teams in the field, customer & sometimes vendors and consultants.
∎ Excellent Problem Solving skills are essential to the profession, as automation engineers continually deal with arise in the production process.
∎ To Identify, cost justify, design, implement and manage new manufacturing automation system and equipment to improve plant productivity and reduce labor.
∎ To have capability writing details technical specifications for PLC interface and automation on equipment.
