∎ BSC / Diploma in Civil, /AutoCAD (Civil 3D Engineers)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare design concept, plan, and elevation, detailed & working drawing
∎ Prepare all types of working drawings
∎ RAJUK/RDA/CHU drawing and FAR Analysis
∎ Maintain, organize, and archive projects.
∎ Prepare Civil and Architectural Design & Drawing by using latest version AutoCAD software.
∎ Must have knowledge 2D/3D design properly
∎ Building code research.
∎ Estimate, Costing & Quotation Prepare.
∎ Any other related job to be assigned by management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Must have resolving capability any problems that may arise during construction.
∎ The ability to independently create construction drawings as per project requirements is a key competency
∎ Experienced in Civil/Architectural drawing is preferable.
∎ Effective communication in English for collaborating with clients, and stakeholders.
