Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the implementation and compliance program and report progress to the management /Managing Director
∎ Must have knowledge of all relevant laws related to international logistics Industry and existing labor laws of the country.
∎ Recruit and develop necessary human resources and run the administration of disciplinary procedures of the organization as per set rules of the organization.
∎ Evaluate the performance of the personnel as well as of the company as a whole and advise the Managing Director about the needful.
∎ Assess and monitor the logistics requirement of the company and take the responsibility of necessary procurement of supplies
∎ Taking full care of the company cars and controlling the drivers' requirements, maintenance of the cars
∎ Salary, leave and attendance administration
∎ Undertake tours to Chittagong Office of the company.
∎ Controlling company's legal matters
∎ Correspondence with banks
∎ Looking after issuance and renewal different license of the company.
∎ All other agenda as assigned by the company/MD on Ad-hoc basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years in administration in any Govt/international body/business organization.
∎ The candidate should have knowledge of report writing, making administrative comments
∎ Must be conversant with Microsoft word and Microsoft excel

Salary: Negotiable
