∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Management (MBM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Accounts, Factory Administration, Factory HR Administration, Factory Operation, Labor Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and update daily attendance and overtime through attendance system.
∎ Prepare overtime, conveyance, night allowance and shifting allowance sheet.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping of the factory to maintain healthy environment.
∎ Ensure dress, laundry, and locker management of the employees.
∎ Maintain shift change report, leave register and personal file of the employees on regular basis.
∎ Maintain record of daily labor (eg: recruitment and separation relevant documents)
∎ Check the attendance and overtime of daily basis worker and prepare its summary of the daily labor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
