Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Overall responsible for accomplishing any Admin & Security related job of the Hospital· Deal with Government related task : when required· Maintain liaison with all security related government agencies to seek help to fight out above security hazarded.· Ensure smooth functioning of Nurses Hostel in coordination with Nurse in charge· Ensure cleaning and timely locking of Admin Offices customers.· Supervise the job of transport coordinator and transport section · Fill-up the gap of management whenever and wherever it is required· Coordinate with Head of Housekeeping about the cleaning inside the hospital areas.· Handle any death case if required.· To make liaison with different departments to avoid any hazards and inconveniences of the hospital.· Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.· Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so· Any other task from the Senior Management
