Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any Reputed University / Recognized Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare maintenance plan, procedures and methods of each factory machine, site erection equipment and tool to achieve cost reductions and improve safety, quality, and overall equipment reliability
∎ Candidate must have sound experience in Generator, Compressor, Seam Tape, Long & Corner Welding, High Post, Cycle Machine
∎ Plan and execute preventive maintenance plan for each of the machines and equipment
∎ Optimize sourcing of spare parts by balancing between cost and quality
∎ Provides analysis and resolution of repetitive equipment failures, and take actions to address and improve these failures
∎ Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, and following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures etc.
∎ Provide training to operators on machine use and self-maintenance.
∎ Supervise technician's work as per procedure and plan of production, maintenance etc.
∎ Support purchase team by providing technical information and making sure all equipment, tools, spare parts are right condition and available wherever needed.
∎ Monitor, reduce and control maintenance cost
∎ Other responsibilities as required by the management
