∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Civil Engineering, English typing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft word and excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, construction project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating requisitions of projects.
∎ Petty cash maintaining.
∎ Construction development.
∎ Construction difficulties.
∎ Maintaining contractors.
∎ Relation with customers.
∎ Overall Construction related all works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be polite and honest.
∎ The applicant must at lest 7-8 years of experience.
∎ Must have the quality of coordination with junior project engineers following all the guidelines. Must be an Honest person,committed to work along with experience.
∎ Must know how to type. Microsoft word/excel,knowledge about design and drawing.
