We are looking for committed & performance driven candidate for the following position:
∎ Job Location: Jokky Garments Limited, M-4/5, Mirpur Industrial Area, Section-14, Mirpur, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Planning and ensure quality production accordingly
∎ Ensure new buyer sourcing, negotiation and maintain effective relation
∎ Ensure Quality Product Development and take necessary measures for operational improvements
∎ Ensure preventive measures on technical issues so that uninterrupted production is maintained
∎ Monitor and take necessary steps regarding factory recruitment and administrative issues as per industry standard

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 08 to10 years' experience in Garments Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in production, labor laws, buyer compliance, cost control and managing large work force
∎ Excellent marketing skills with good relationship with local and abroad buying offices
∎ Ability to handle marketing and merchandising for 8 lines garments production from development to shipment
∎ Must have the experience to handle renowned buyers.
∎ Must be a good planner, organizer & capable to manage the overall operations of the factory
