∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for factory administration and general management.
∎ Oversee production, raw and finished goods, quality control, store, maintenance, waste minimization and overall cost saving initiatives.
∎ Develops and implements plans that ensure the effective utilization of people by assigning shifts and managing overtimes according to production needs.
∎ Develops and implements plans that ensure the effective utilization of facilities and equipment.
∎ Analyzes operational processes and develops performance metrics to improve productivity and efficiency of operations.
∎ Maintain good liaison with different related govt. authorities, banks, and local authorities.
∎ Responsible for looking after the overall safety and security of the factory.
∎ Maintain proper communication and send various reports on-time to the Head Office and the Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Motivated and proactive individual who takes accountability for their work.
∎ Authoritative and commanding nature.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 90000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be determined based on the candidates experience and expertise.
