∎ Professional expertise in Sketch & 3D Max.
∎ Practical working experience in High Rise Building like Hospital/ Commercial/ Hotel. Proficiency in AutoCAD and creating construction/ working drawings. Excellence in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Project. To supervise and close monitor on day to day of quality/timely construction and ensuring overall sites/project safety and security. Any other task assigned by the Management.

Agendas, run design team/site meetings, write minutes, productive site visits recording quality and progress. Managing programmers, critical paths/pinch points/looking ahead and key documentation handover overview. Interior & Exterior furniture design including furniture layout, door details, landscaping, irrigation, lighting outlets, finishing, false ceiling, kitchen, laundry and hospital equipment etc. for High Rise Building like Hospital / Commercial/Hotel.
