Job Context:
∎ Zaman Jute Diversified Mills Limited started its journey on May 2011 with a singular purpose of providing the best quality Jute Yarn for the export market. The factory is situated in Jhenaidah BSCIC Industrial area. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager, Fresher and highly interested to start career in a senior position in jute yarn and diversified mill. We are looking for a potential and enthusiastic candidate with BSc in Mechanical Engineering from reputed university. Candidates from Kushtia, Magura, Jashore and Khulna are encouraged to apply.
∎ Job Location: Jhenaidah (BSCIC Industrial Area)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To minimize the idle time of machines by preventing break downs of machines.
∎ Plan for routine and preventive maintenance program.
∎ Train workers in machine operation and maintenance
∎ Take initiative and prepare plan of Green Factory
∎ Knowledge of installation of machines.
∎ Work to utilize the mechanics full efficiency
∎ Develop and implement SOP for factory
∎ Develop sound relationship with factory workers and co workers
∎ Maintain close liaison with management any new initiative & be updated on raw and finished product stock, running production and quality issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher no Experience Required
∎ Must have proof candidate have work experience in mechanical project/part of innovation team
∎ The applicants should have interest to work in jute yarn mill with long term commitment.
∎ Advance level computer skill is required
∎ Data analysis, report building and presentation skill is required
∎ Have respect and have interest to build relationship with factory worker
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
