Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed designs and construction plans for high-rise buildings, structural elements, and components, along with associated specifications.
∎ Innovate and develop new approaches to engineering challenges, and make necessary modifications to drawings and specifications.
∎ Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to working drawings, applicable codes, and accepted engineering practices.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations at construction sites.
∎ Demonstrate excellent time management skills and maintain a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
∎ Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to produce accurate calculations and designs.
∎ Collaborate and consult with other disciplines, including architectural, electrical, sanitary and plumbing, fire detection and protection, and interior designers.
