Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the proper construction management of several projects to ensure quality & progress of the works as per schedule & specification
∎ Cooperating with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
∎ Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
∎ Delegating daily tasks.
∎ Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
∎ Supervising staff and controlling merchandise.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Accountable for the operations top line and bottom line of the project.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities.
∎ Good observation skills.
∎ An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
∎ Computer literate and basic Math skills.
∎ An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
