Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a reliable Assistant General Manager (AGM)-Construction to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. The chosen candidate will be responsible for Planning, budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.
∎ Job Location-Head Office, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of Planning, Managing, Checking, Controlling, Budgeting, Cost Estimating for Effective Project Management as per Design at Satisfaction of Customer, Updating, Reporting All Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing, MEP plan & Drawings, Corrective or modification measure if needed to ensure the quality of works at possible effective costing.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Specially Tenders, Documents knowledge, Estimation, Making and Submission must be preferable, labor management, overall quality management and full time supervision capacity for construction of a High-rise Building, Factory Building, Road & Building, (RCC & Steel) work.
∎ Capable to prepare BAR Chart, project plan, appointing sub-contractors with terms and conditions for effective construction cost with customer satisfaction and reporting to management for approval.
∎ Capable of handling, controlling and checking project stock, work approval, daily work plan and all related files and documents of project and monthly report to the management.
∎ Reviews of project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements & allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
∎ Capable to prepare & check BOQ, pricing, cost estimation including separate BOQ for each project, Separately with BAR Chart or work schedule.
∎ Responsible for design, drawing, and legal approval process required in construction work for factories & projects.
∎ Carry out visits to the construction sites of the company and submit reports to Departmental Head on their current status.
∎ To provide all kinds of admin and logistic support to the factories and to face audits of buyers and Alliance / Accord on relevant issues.
∎ Study and scrutinize the CAPs given by the Buyers and own auditors regarding safety-related requirements for rectification/ improvements /remedy and repair of building/structure.
∎ Coordinate action plan with Factory Heads and own departmental concerned persons regarding the progress of adopted measures to complete the CAP.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Auto CAD & computer skills including Microsoft office program.
∎ Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques of surveying, civil engineering, construction and engineering inspections.
∎ One who had engaged in factory building construction with the guided by accord, alliance will get advantage.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Construction of factory building with compliance requirement, High-rise Multi-storied building, Road, Bridge etc. Construction Monitoring, Civil Engineering, cost consulting, cost estimating knowledge, Project bidding, Project Costing, Project Operation, Project Planning, quantity surveyor, Tendering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies, Real Estate Companies
∎ Age at least 32-45 years. (Born on before 1989 to 1976)
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.
∎ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written & Strong communication ability with International Engineering Company.
∎ Project management, Tender related works (Govt. Non Govt. & NGO) and supervision skills.
∎ Will be responsible all building construction & project work of the organization.
∎ As per company demands candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary:
∎ Expecting below Tk. 50,000.00 per month need not to apply .
