Job Responsibilities
- Maintains the comprehensive database of doctors and institution.
- Generates secondary sales with the help of assigned Executives.
- Assigns Executives with territory-based promotions and sales
- Prepares budget for marketing activities and conducting the programs
- Formulates the staffing plan and selection criteria to facilitate management.
- Provides data regarding physician referrals and public relations to management for formulating overall marketing strategy, policy and implementation.
- Designs and implements marketing programs and sales initiatives.
- Arranges doctors visit with permissions and logistic support from Operations.
- Regulates and monitors subordinates’ activities as marketing personnel both inside and outside the organization
- Measures the performance level of employees in both quantifiable and qualitative manners.
