Admin HR, Administration, Facility maintenance, facility management, General Administration, Office Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee that all office facilities are functioning properly and in accordance with company and local regulations.
∎ Manage, review and coordinate with service providers such as security and cleaning
∎ Allocating manpower accordance to requirements
∎ Conduct disciplinary actions of staff as required.
∎ Advise the management team on renovations, refurbishments, and other building projects
∎ Supervise maintenance work
∎ Increase cost effectiveness by reviewing utilities, stationary and other office purchases.
∎ Regularly supervise and document the quality of work done by support staff to ensure proper standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in working with facilities management within a corporate environment and leading a team of office staff.
∎ Experienced in leading renovations, refurbishment and building projects.
∎ Understanding of the future of workplace post COVID and the ability to have a forward-thinking approach
∎ Excellent people, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Experienced in relationship management of Workplace supply partners and ability to understand Workplace behaviors.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
