∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 5 to 10 years general experience on civil/road/building construction industry.
∎ Candidates having job experience on similar role/Estimation, BOQ, Bill making will get preference.
∎ Should be honest and hard working.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To carry out work management and coordination as directed by reporting person.
∎ Oversee project records and documentation to the discipline.
∎ To supervise and work with technical/nontechnical persons assigned at the site to ensure satisfactory work completion.
∎ To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the reporting person.
∎ To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities etc.
∎ To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
∎ To make BOQ, Estimate, Quotation, Bill, Invoice, Work Order/Purchase order related to assigned project.
∎ To estimate and prepare monthly work plan, arrange requirements and execute the plan properly with the support of company’s other manpower.
∎ Monitor project deadline and assist team member in meeting deadlines.
∎ To undertake any other duties related to the project and work as and when instructed by the management.
