Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate and monitor turbines, boilers, and auxiliary equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
∎ Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
∎ Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential hazards related to turbine and boiler operations.
∎ Analyze operational data, identify trends, and propose improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and performance.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, production, and quality control, to optimize energy usage and support overall manufacturing objectives.
∎ Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and operational parameters.
∎ Provide training and guidance to junior staff members, ensuring a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices related to turbine and boiler operations.
∎ Proficiency in using computerized systems for data analysis and equipment monitoring.
∎ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Strong understanding of turbine and boiler systems, including their components and operational principles.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
∎ Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate technical information clearly.
