Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering from any reputed public polytechnic institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the design & drawing of Plumbing/Drainage, etc./Fire Fighting systems and supervise at site.
∎ Capable of Estimating and Installing of Plumbing/Fire Fighting /Drainage system in the project.
∎ Handling routine plumbing work.
∎ Implementation of Plumbing and Fire Fighting system at the project within the given timeframe.
∎ Workout client's plumbing requirement along with the modification requirement and it's concurrent costing impact calculation.
∎ Preparation and checking of BOQ, MQ along with the price analysis.
∎ Check store ledger of Plumbing materials and undertake monthly store inspection and prepare report.

∎ Age not more than 32 years
∎ Minimum 05 years experience in any reputed Real Estate Company.
∎ Good Communication Skills
∎ Problem solving skill.
∎ Trustworthy and flexible .
