Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Shift wise the plant's production function and ensure the Grinding, unloading and packing process with target of the required quantity by maintain quality.
∎ Work closely with maintenance (Electrical and Mechanical), quality and production teams to provide leadership, guidance, and direction for plant operations.
∎ Logistics- coordination for raw materials availabilities and unloading facilities with storing.
∎ Provide leadership to department employees by directing, coaching, supporting and delegating as the situation requires.
∎ Ensure the integrity of the process material balance including additives and consumables, while economizing fuel consumption (Coal and diesel).
∎ Equipment performance and reliability in operation Like Pay loader and dump truck, Unloading Crane and all process equipment including packing plant.
∎ Highly motivated and effective use of workforce
∎ Create Positive work environment
