∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge on 2D & 3D cad drawing
∎ Need to be skilled in Frame, Fork, Handlebar, Carrier with other Bicycle accessories drawing
∎ Updating monthly basis drawings as per the requirement of the head of the operation
∎ Knowledge of Bicycle specifications and ability to change the drawing
∎ Knowledge of the mold-making process, new bicycle frame, fork, and components of bicycle accessories.
∎ Monitoring and making month-wise fabrication items mold, drawing and review status report
∎ Analysis report of the fabrication items and come up with some options or proposals for innovation or new development
∎ Co-ordinate with production, operation and R&D team
∎ Communication with the supplier with mold list and responsible for the order proceed to shipment and arrival of mold to factory or trail production.
∎ Supporting operation and production.
∎ Monitoring day-to-day innovation reports and submit once a month to the management
∎ Drive on new product development and share your requirements with the operation head
∎ SOP making on automation of the production process and any new development process and quality control system.
