Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Monitor machine maintenance schedule and execute accordingly in all machines.
∎ • Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for the new machines.
∎ • Prepare lubricant schedule and ensure implementation and cost reduction through alternate source to maintain quality.
∎ • Attend the machine breakdowns and analyze the root cause for repetitive problems as well as the long downtime.
∎ • Any other task assigned by the Management.
